Important Information Regarding the Brea Gallery's Policies for Cancellations, Refunds, and Photography
Standard Refund Policy
All refunds will be charged a $5 processing fee. Students may elect to keep funds on their account to use for future classes for up to one year and waive the fee. No cancellations/refunds within 48 hours of the start of the class. If the minimum number of seats are not filled, the class will be cancelled and students will be given a full refund.
Watercolor West Juror Workshop Refund Policy
Refunds will only be granted for either a documented emergency or in the case that a wait listed person is able to immediately take the place and pay the fee. A 5% processing fee of the refunded amount will be charged for all cancellations and will be deducted from the refund. Refunds that need to be processed by check will be sent out by the City of Brea's finance department on their payment schedule, which can take up to 3 weeks from the time that the refund is approved.
Participant Photography Policy
Participants in workshops acknowledge that photographs taken by Gallery Staff may be used for marketing purposes. Participants not willing to be photographed must notify Gallery Staff prior to the start of class.
Photographs taken of participating children by Gallery Staff may also be used for marketing, however precautions will be taken to ensure that children in the photographs are not identifiable.
